Please follow these steps inside a recent version of Blender (2.83 and above)
Go to 'Edit>Preferences>Keymap
Press 'Import' and choose 'Anatomy-shortcuts.py'
Go to 'Edit>Preferences>Add-ons'
Check the '3D View: Stored Views' checkbox
Go to Edit>Preferences>Navigation
in 'Orbit and Pan', Check 'Orbit Around Selection'
in 'Zoom', check 'Zoom to Mouse Position'
Go to Edit>Preferences>System
and choose 'CUDA' if you have it, and check both the processor and the Graphic Card
Then close the Preferences window
VIEWPORT DENOISING
In order to get a smooth viewport display, without the noisy shadows and the flickering effect when orbiting the view:
-Go to the 'Properties' window
-in the 'Render properties' panel>'Sampling'>'Viewport':
Reduce the number of Samplings to zero, and check the 'Viewport denoising' checkbox

Then open 'z-anatomy.blend' and allow scripts.
The 'z-anatomy' script in integrated and registered and should be automatically activated.
This script maintains the lights on when isolating structures with 'Shift+H'.
If, for any reason, it does not, go to Preferences>Add-ons>Install, find the 'z-anatomy.py' file, and check the checkbox.
After this step:
-With the Mouse cursor above the 3D View- Press 'N' to open/close the Menu
and before the next one, I would add to select the View tab in the menu, because it's not obvious for beginners
Indeed, and these 'Stored Views' can be 'pinned' on top of every tab by pressing 'Shift+LMB'.
