The intercostal arteries and veins should have a much more close relation to the ribs, they lay almost hidden from external view.

The most important missing bits so far for me would be: - The left anterior descending artery and its diagonal branches - The rectum - The biliary system (and the gallbladder should probably be the same color as the pancreatic duct) - The filum terminale - Internal iliac artery branches - Hepatic/cystic arteries - Right internal thoracic and superior epigastric artery and vein - Meniscofemoral ligaments

The right infrarenal artery still has branches going into the kidney

It might be the middle meningeal artery, but then it should go over the surface of the brain instead of going in towards the MCA.

You could use an environment texture for lightning, however that does slow down the viewport a lot. If you add a slight bit of background light at least you won't get a completely black object when you switch to local view.

Thanks for making the corrections. What you have labeled now as anterolateral central arteries are actually M2/M3/M4 branches of the middle cerebral artery. What is labeled as parietal branches of the middle cerebral artery should be the anterolateral central arteries. Sense organs I would call sensory organs (but maybe sense organs is right as well I am not sure). The meniscofemoral ligaments also exist and do attach to the lateral meniscus (https://radiopaedia.org/articles/meniscofemoral-ligament)
